Governance
In accordance with the Po Leung Kuk Ordinance (Chapter 1040 of the Laws of Hong Kong), the governing power of PLK is vested with the Board of Directors. There is also anAdvisory Board, whose duty is to advise the Board on matters affecting our organization.
